Although I wasn't sure what to expect, this place exceeded my expectations. The location was excellent, with deliveries arriving nearby and it being situated in a very central area. I found the surroundings to be beautiful and only a 5 minute stroll away from the river. The service was fantastic, with room amenities like ironing facilities and a mini-bar, and the staff were extremely attentive. I was grateful for the welcome drink and enjoyed dining at the restaurant. Additionally, the leisure spa and wellness centre really made my stay even more enjoyable.
My experience wasn't as high-end as I expected for the location, however, I found the service to be adequate at best. Despite this, I would still recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great and convenient place to stay, as there weren't any negative aspects about this venue that I could find.

They left a personalized note for our anniversary and remembered little details about us. We enjoyed the delicious food and cocktails at the restaurant, and the location was perfect. Despite a few small inconveniences, like a noisy door and an issue with the water, the hotel handled them promptly and even treated us to complimentary drinks and deducted meals from our bill. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, beautiful rooms, and great location.

The hotel is located in a beautiful area, with easy access to a park where guests can enjoy leisurely walks and observe deer. The public areas of the hotel are filled with interesting decor, providing guests with lots to look at. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with amenities such as fridges and safes. The staff are friendly and helpful, providing excellent service.

WiFi only worked in the corridor. No bathtub in the room as described.

The hotel had a modern and stylish design, with beautiful artwork and contemporary furnishings. The staff were friendly, cute, and were great too assist me. The location was excellent, with fine views and easy access to Richmond Park and the city center. The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay.
